Please follow the steps below to make a payment online.

Step 1: Click on link where it states “Make payment here” and it will bring you to patientviewer.com
Step 2:  Verify personal info box should pop up- Enter Patient’s name and date of birth.  If it brings you to the portal- Click on ” Make Payment” upper right hand corner and then enter info
Step 3: Enter Patient’s First Name, Last Name, Birth date, click OK.
Step 4: Click “Make Payment”
Step 5: Enter All Credit Card Information and submit
